Things you should know about our Forklift Operator role:
We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Forklift Operator to work within our Port Otago Warehouses permanently.
This position is a permanent seasonal role and employees will be engaged on the basis that they will work no less than 1900 hours per annum. Hours will predominantly be Monday to Friday, with some weekend and shift work depending on shipping and distribution schedules.
You will substantially be based in our Dunedin Cold Stores in town on Fryatt Street, however you need to be flexible as it is important to note that because Port Otago has multiple warehouses in close proximity to our Port Chalmers terminal, you could be required to work any shift in any of the Port Otago Supply Chain warehouses in Port Chalmers, Sawyers Bay, Mosgiel or Dunedin. Products can include, but is not limited to - Fish, Dairy powder and Timber.
